Pods Bangle DIY beading project
Soft Bangle — Requisites: CRAW mid level/advanced
PDF instructions for weaving a soft bangle with large dangling charms (Pods) in lucite and Japanese seed beads. Materials not included.
This soft bangle is a joy to the eye and an easy, satisfying make for experienced CRAW enthusiasts. The color combination is fully customizable; swap accent and base colors to suit your mood or match a wardrobe.
The special beads used in this project are vintage-style and should be 19–20 mm in size; they can be purchased on Etsy.
Materials:
11/0 Toho and Miyuki seed beads, metallic and opaque, in 10 colors
19–20 mm special focal beads (vintage/repurposed)
Size 12 beading needle (choose based on bead hole size)
FireLine or other 8 lb beading thread in Smoke color
Small scissors, plier and thread burner
Bead mat
