Bring childhood wonder to your jewelry box with the Tiny Hands Lariat: a playful collection of handwoven cartoon-inspired hand charms that dangle and dance from long lariat ropes. Originating from my background in children’s entertainment and a lifelong love of vintage cartoons, this design turns character-making into wearable whimsy.
What you’ll make
A handwoven Tiny Hands Lariat: a long rope (30–35 inches) with dangling hand charms.
Charms are inspired by vintage cartoon shapes
Ropes are designed to be wrapped and styled in multiple ways around the neck.
Materials used in the workshop
Silver-plated vintage beads
24K gold-plated Czech true-cut beads
Hematite seed Miyuki beads
Nickel-plated Japanese seed beads
Who it’s for
Mid-level and advanced beaders who are comfortable with bead weaving techniques such as tubular Chenille and CRAW
Format & logistics
Live Zoom session: 5 hours of demos, step-by-step instruction, and relaxed creative time.
PDF instruction file provided to all students, including a detailed materials list and step photos.
